The Fleadh has left Belfast, but the atmosphere it created will be remembered for a long time.
For seven days, the city was filled with music, visitors and a genuine sense of celebration. Streets, pubs, parks and venues came alive as people from across Ireland and much further afield gathered to enjoy one of the biggest cultural events ever hosted in Belfast.
Of course, there were challenges that come with an event of this scale, but the overwhelming feeling is that Belfast rose to the occasion. Local businesses welcomed thousands of extra customers, musicians showcased incredible talent, and many visitors experienced the city for the very first time.
Perhaps the biggest success was something less measurable. For a week, Belfast felt united by music, conversation and shared experiences, reminding us what this city is capable of when it hosts the world.
